GENERAL BOOKING TERMS

These terms govern bookings made through the booking engine of BORGANTHIA – Trulli & World Heritage Suites Collection, managed by Coeffin Srl Semplificata – Alberobello (BA), Italy.

A booking is considered concluded upon completion of the online procedure and, where applicable, upon payment or provision of the required guarantee.

Prices, payment methods, cancellation policies and applicable restrictions depend on the rate selected at the time of booking and are disclosed before final confirmation.

Depending on the selected rate, the booking may include:

cancellation allowed within specific terms;

non-refundable conditions;

full or partial prepayment;

credit card guarantee requirements.

In case of a non-refundable rate, no refund shall be due in case of cancellation, modification, no-show or early departure.

In case of no-show, the property reserves the right to retain the amounts due in accordance with the selected rate and the conditions accepted at the time of booking.

Special requests, including additional services, arrival times or specific needs, are subject to availability and shall be deemed confirmed only if expressly accepted by the property.

Guests must provide complete, accurate and truthful information. The property reserves the right to refuse or cancel the booking in case of inaccurate, incomplete or legally non-compliant information.

Guests are required to provide documents and information required by applicable law for registration with the competent authorities.

The property shall not be liable for disruptions, delays or impossibility of performance arising from force majeure, unforeseeable events or causes not directly attributable to its management.

By completing the booking, the guest confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these general terms, as well as the specific conditions of the selected rate.
